Chinese New Year Spending Delights

During the promotion period, customers present two original same-day electronic spending machine-printed receipts and original electronic payment slips issued by different eligible merchants*, each with a minimum spending of HK$100, in order to redeem respective gifts.

With the above eligible spending of HK$800 or above can redeem two HK$25 coffee vouchers^ (Redemption Date: 29 January 2026 to 3 March 2026), eligible spending of HK$2,500 or above can redeem one The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong Coconut Pudding Voucher^ (Redemption Date: 29 January 2026 to 16 February 2026). Terms and Conditions

1. The “Chinese New Year Red Packets Redemption” promotion period is valid from 29 January 2026 to 16 February 2026. The “Chinese New Year Spending Delights” promotion period is valid from 29 January 2026 to 16 February 2026 & 3 March 2026. The redemption counter is located at the Concierge on G/F of Tsim Sha Tsui Centre (Opening Hour: 10am to 10pm daily)
2. All rewards have limited daily quotas applied on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Each person is limited to participating in the ‘Chinese New Year Red Packets Redemption’ and ‘Chinese New Year Spending Delights’ promotions once per day. Once the rewards are exhausted, the redemption activity will end immediately without further notice.
3. Any same-day single electronic spending of HK$100 or above qualifies for participation in the “Chinese New Year Red Packets Redemption” promotion. Participants must present the original machine-printed receipt, and the original electronic payment slips from eligible dining merchants at the redemption counter to redeem one Red Packet Set. Staff will stamp the receipt and payment slip immediately upon verification.
4. There are total 2 types of rewards for “Chinese New Year Spending Rewards” , including two HK$25 Coffee Vouchers (Redemption Date: 29 January 2026 to 3 March 2026) and one The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong Coconut Pudding Voucher (Redemption Date: 29 January 2026 to 16 February 2026).
5. Participants of the “Chinese New Year Spending Rewards” promotion must present two original same-day electronic spending machine-printed receipts and original electronic payment slips issued by different eligible merchants*, each with a minimum spending of HK$100, in order to redeem respective rewards. With the above eligible spending of HKD 800 or more can redeem two HK$25 Coffee Voucher, eligible spending of HKD 2,500 or more can redeem one The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong Coconut Pudding Voucher.
6. Each set of valid receipt(s) can be used only once to redeem a single reward item.

8. Customers are required to present their own original machine-printed receipt(s) from merchant(s), electronic payment slip(s)/ transaction recorded in relevant Mobile App, and corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/debit card(s)/octopus card(s) used for the spending in order to join the promotion. The spending amount on machine-printed receipt(s) must be the same as electronic payment slip(s). Splitting payment by different credit cards/ electronic payment devices is NOT accepted. The staff has the right to make any marks on all receipts used for any redemption and these receipts are not eligible for other offers or redemptions (including other gift redemption, promotional offers and others).
9. To be eligible for redemption, all electronic payment slips must be supported by the corresponding credit card(s)/ EPS card(s)/ debit card(s), showing same name of the customer. The staff reserves the right to request customers to present their proof of identity for verification.
10. A set of valid receipt(s) must be computer-printed receipt(s) issued by merchant(s) only. Two or more receipts issued by the same merchant will not be accepted.
11. Electronic payment means payment by credit card, EPS, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Tap & Go, TNG Wallet, BoC Pay, PayMe, Union Pay QuickPass, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Octopus and Credit Card Cash Back Rewards. The following receipts are not acceptable for this promotion: payment in cash, vouchers, installments for the gold saving club, online or other methods, purchase or value-adding or consumption of vouchers, cards or merchant pre-paid cards, purchase of tickets, handwritten/photocopied/reprinted, issued by casual leasing activities/banks/estate agents/clinics, add-value transactions and charges (including Octopus card, parking tuition, telephone etc). Both eligible same-day machine-printed receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips shall be presented upon redemption.
12. Each set of eligible sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment receipt can only be registered once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers, except for S ⁺ REWARDS Point registration.
13. No alteration to the receipt(s) is/are allowed once receipt(s) are registered. All receipts used for registration are NOT eligible for refund from the merchant(s).
14. For receipt(s) of deposit payment, only the value of deposit and/ or the actual amount paid will be calculated, excluding outstanding payment, for the purpose of this promotion. Total spending refers to the net spending after deducting any point(s) and discount(s) from credit card, EPS, Octopus card or membership card.
15. Staff of Tsim Sha Tsui Centre and Empire Centre shall have the right to take electronic copy of each receipt and electronic payment slip for redemption or participation in promotion activity and keep them for audit purpose.
16. All rewards are NOT FOR SALE, non-exchangeable for cash and/or other gifts, and are non-returnable.
17. Rewards will NOT be re-issued in case of loss, damage or expiry.
18. No warranty of whatsoever kind (whether express, implied or statutory) for the reward gifts provided by the supplier/merchants has been or will be given by the shopping mall who shall also not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the gift in any way (including but not limited to their quality, function, enjoyment, after-sales or repair service, use or any other aspect). Any enquiries, suggestions, complaints or disputes relating thereto should be directed/referred to the relevant merchant(s).
19. All receipt(s) for registration must be verified and validated by staff of Tsim Sha Tsui Centre and Empire Centre who has absolute right to reject any receipt if the authenticity of the receipt is in doubt.
20. Tsim Sha Tsui Centre and Empire Centre reserves the right to add, delete and/or vary the details, contents and/or terms and conditions of the promotion/redemption, and/or change or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
21. In case of any dispute in relation to or in connection with the promotion, redemption, terms and conditions or any incidental matters, promotion organizer and Tsim Sha Tsui Centre and Empire Centre reserve right for final and conclusive decisions.
