Tsim Sha Tsui Centre was the very first development in East Tsim Sha Tsui, a new district formed on land reclaimed from the harbour in the 1980s. As such, it stands as a tribute to the Sino Group's pioneering spirit. Today, it still proudly serves as the Group's headquarters.
Tsim Sha Tsui Centre remains an important office-cum-retail centre because of its proximity to MTR joint KCR Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
The Centre offers convenient access to Hong Kong Island via the Cross Harbour Tunnel. It is surrounded by several five-star hotels popular with Hong Kong residents and tourists alike.
Right on the waterfront promenade, Alfresco Lane, has been described in local media as one of the "best dining places in Hong Kong". It is Hong Kong's longest avenue built along the harbourfront with diverse restaurants, making this prime retail area a must-visit destination for locals as well as tourists.
